What you need for this position:

  • Basic technical skills
  • Provides excellent customer service and works well in a team environment
  • Ability to apply logic to solve computer related problems, especially in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Must be 21 years of age

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work under the direction of Project Manager and event lead technician as assigned
  • Provide technical support for executives and attendees
  • Load-in, setup, teardown, and load out technical equipment as directed by the event needs
  • Develop and maintain professional standards of conduct
