Job Description: Administrative Assistant

Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant must be well-organized, thorough, and trustworthy, with excellent verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multi-task while providing operational support to our company.

Position Details: Full-time 8:30am to 5:00pm. We offer medical, dental, vision, life, and 401k. You will be eligible for these benefits after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period. We also offer a cell phone allowance as well as a company provided work laptop.


  • Provides general administrative/operational support to all staff
  • Provides support to the Contractor Resource Lead regarding all contractor needs
  • Assists Project Managers with project support
  • Answers incoming calls and e-mails, and directs client inquiries appropriately
  • Responsible¬†for arranging corporate events, social activities, and employee appreciation
  • Handles all company expenses
  • Organizes internal meetings; conference room scheduling and setup/takedown
  • Creates and maintains filing systems for various office needs
  • Responsible for all major office maintenance including: office supplies, equipment, and building care
  • Coordinates new hire set-up including interviews, paperwork, emails, and files
  • Educates new staff on our internal time and expense system and general office procedures
  • Prepares and verifies client specific company invoices
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ administrative experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to be assertive, resourceful and a problem solver
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project deadlines multi-task, and prioritize
  • Ability to understand and translate technical details relevant to industry
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
